Please read these terms carefully before using this website or enrolling in any Wira Bumi course. By using the site or completing an enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Definitions

In these terms:

• "Company" refers to Wira Bumi Education Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia
• "Service" refers to the website at wirabumi.info and the associated course platform
• "Course" refers to any Wira Bumi programme available for enrolment
• "Learner" or "User" refers to any individual who uses the Service or enrols in a Course
• "Content" refers to all materials produced by the Company, including written modules, reading companions, exercises, and audio materials
• "Agreement" refers to the contract formed between the Company and the Learner upon confirmation of enrolment

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in a Course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are capable of entering a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law
• You accept these terms and our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Wira Bumi provides online finance education programmes for adults, primarily those in their 40s and 50s in Malaysia. Courses are delivered through a digital platform accessible via web browser. Selected courses include a printed reading companion delivered by post to Malaysian addresses.

The Service is available in English. We do not currently offer courses in other languages.

Course availability, duration, and content may change. Where material changes are made to an enrolled Course, we will notify affected Learners by email.

4. Enrolment and Access

4.1 Registration

Enrolment requires you to provide accurate contact information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4.2 Access period

Learners receive access to enrolled Course materials for twelve (12) months from the date of enrolment confirmation. This period does not extend automatically. If you require an extension due to exceptional circumstances, please write to us and we will consider your request individually.

4.3 Personal use

Your enrolment entitles you to personal, non-transferable access to the Course. You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to access the Course using your account.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Course fees

Current fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on our website. Fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Accepted payment methods

We accept online bank transfer and major Malaysian e-wallets. Payment must be received in full before course access is granted, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

5.3 Instalment arrangements

For Courses 02 and 03, a two-payment instalment arrangement may be available. This must be requested before enrolment is confirmed. Terms of the instalment arrangement are communicated in writing. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of course access.

5.4 Refund policy

If you request a refund within five (5) days of enrolment and have not accessed more than the first module of the Course, we will provide a full refund. After this period, or if the Course has been accessed beyond the first module, refunds are not available. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All Course content — including written modules, reading companions, exercises, worked examples, and structural frameworks — is the intellectual property of Wira Bumi Education Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by Malaysian copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Course content for your personal educational purposes during the access period. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Course content in any form
• Share content with others, including members of your household
• Use content for commercial purposes, including resale or training provision
• Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices

7. Educational Purpose and Limitations

Wira Bumi courses are provided for educational purposes only. The content is not financial advice, and nothing in any Course should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product.

Where a licensed financial planner reviews a learner's household wealth policy document (as part of Course 03), the feedback provided is educational commentary only. It does not constitute personalised financial advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other Malaysian financial services legislation.

We encourage learners to seek independent licensed advice before making significant financial decisions.

8. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post content in discussion threads that is false, offensive, or harmful to other learners
• Attempt to access areas of the platform beyond your enrolled Course
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if these conditions are breached.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all Course content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that content is free of errors or that it reflects the most current position in all circumstances. Financial regulations and market conditions change; content is updated annually but may not reflect developments that occur between updates.

We do not warrant that the Service will be continuously available or free of technical interruption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wira Bumi Education Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on Course content.

Our aggregate liability to any Learner in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the Course to which the claim relates.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement. If you wish to withdraw from a Course, please notify us in writing. If we terminate your access for breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your licence to access Course content ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. We will respond within ten (10) working days.

13. General

• Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wira Bumi
• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continues in effect
• Waiver: failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in future
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, enrolled Learners will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
